Required documents:
- •Apostilled birth certificates translated to Spanish
- •Valid passports of both parties

- •Four witnesses with official ID

Foreign couples easily marry in Los Cabos. All foreign documents must be apostilled and translated by a certified translator in Mexico. The marriage is internationally recognized legally.
Estimated budget 💰
- 💡Los Cabos is pricier than Cancun (up to 40% more at luxury venues). Book 12-18 months ahead.
- 💡Low season (August-October) has 30-50% lower prices but with extreme heat and occasional tropical storm risk.
- 💡Resort 'wedding wonder' or 'ultimate love' packages include much more than adding services separately.
Best season 🌤️
Best time for Los Cabos weddings is November to May: dry weather, pleasant temperatures (20-28°C/68-82°F), spectacular sunsets and zero rain risk. Avoid July-September due to extreme heat (up to 40°C/104°F) and possible storms. June and October are good shoulder-season options.
